Treatment Packages

All treatments, procedures and or prepaid packages are non-refundable. Packages are non-transferable and must be used within one year from the date of purchase. Credit from prepaid treatments, procedures and or packages may be applied toward other forms of treatment(s) only at managementā€™s discretion. Credit can only be given to and must be used by purchaser only. NO REFUNDS.

Care Credit

We are pleased to offer Care Credit, one of the nationā€™s leading payment programs making it easy to afford procedures you desire. With Care Credit you may finance your Medspa procedures without upfront costs, no annual fees, and no pre-payment penalties. So, you can schedule your procedure today and conveniently pay over time with low, monthly payments. See below for more details or to apply for an on-line application of your choosing. Care Credit is a personal line of credit for healthcare treatments and procedures for your entire family, including your pets. It works like a credit card but it has two advantages. It can only be used for healthcare services and you can get no interest financing every time you use it. Simply pay your minimum monthly payment and pay off the entire balance by the end of your promotional period and you pay no interest. If you need more time to pay for your procedure you can take advantage of our extended payment plans with low, fixed interest rates.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that emergencies do arise; however, we request at least 24-hour notice for rescheduling or canceling all appointments. If you fail to provide at least 24 hoursā€™ notice, your credit card will be billed for 50% of the service you were scheduled for or $35, whichever is greater.   After three no shows, we reserve the right to decline future appointments.  If you are running late, please call to let us know as soon as possible.  If you arrive 15 minutes later than your scheduled appointment without prior notification to us, you may be required to reschedule and pay a fee as discussed above. However, if we have same day available appointments, we will do our best to accommodate you. 

Payment Accepted

We accept cash and all major credit cards except for American Express. We offer Care Credit and payment plans for some services with a credit card on file. We do NOT accept checks.

Appointments

To ensure your preferred appointment time is always available to you, we recommend that you make your next appointment prior to leaving the MedSpa. This is particularly important if you are getting a series of treatments over a defined period of time.

Arrivals

Please arrive for your appointment in our office on time. This ensures that you will receive the required amount of time scheduled for your treatment and helps us not to intrude on other clientsā€™ scheduled time as well.

Policy About Small Children and Guests

Due to the nature of our business and the risk of harm to children as well as limited sitting space for guests, we kindly ask that children and guests not be brought to your appointment.
